Offering Memorandum for a Class-A Office and Retail Building in suburban Detroit. I designed the book from scratch — working with real estate brokers to gather and edit copy, hiring architectural and aerial photographers, creating custom graphics and formatting everything into a single package to be distributed to potential investors.

Table-top signs promoting specialty cocktails. As a sponsor of the Actors Theatre main stage series, Brown-Foreman creates a custom beverage for each production. The signs are inspired by the original poster design, but feature a representation of the actual cocktail.

Performance program for an Apprentice Company solo performance series. Split into three groups, each of the twenty-two Acting Apprentices performed a Solo Mio, or a solo performance piece. The aim of the project was to allow each Apprentice to stand out as an individual among a large group; the program reflected that idea by breaking apart a larger shape.
