To increase company knowledge of the firm’s 40-year history, Booth Hansen hosts quarterly walking tours of past projects. A handful of important projects, within walking distance of each other, were selected. The entire office was then invited to spend a few hours following the map, listening to project leaders discuss the project details.
In addition to coordinating the entire event, I created a physical map to be followed as well as a short animation to be shared on social media. The map was created using QGIS and OpenStreetMap data.
Transwestern Offering Memorandum
Offering Memorandum for a Class-A Office and Retail Building in suburban Detroit. I designed the book from scratch — working with real estate brokers to gather and edit copy, hiring architectural and aerial photographers, creating custom graphics and formatting everything into a single package to be distributed to potential investors.
Created for Transwestern Commercial Services, Chicago.

Forks & Hope

Brown-Foreman Drink Signs
Table-top signs promoting specialty cocktails. As a sponsor of the Actors Theatre main stage series, Brown-Foreman creates a custom beverage for each production. The signs are inspired by the original poster design, but feature a representation of the actual cocktail.
Created for Brown-Foreman and Actors Theatre of Louisville.
Barefoot in the Park by Neil Simon
BOB by Peter Sinn Nachtreib
Performance program for an Apprentice Company solo performance series. Split into three groups, each of the twenty-two Acting Apprentices performed a Solo Mio, or a solo performance piece. The aim of the project was to allow each Apprentice to stand out as an individual among a large group; the program reflected that idea by breaking apart a larger shape.
Created for the Apprentice/Intern Company of Actors Theater of Louisville.
